Zabuys company is a Ugandan company and fully following the Ugandan laws, thus we work with the guidance of the constitution and the governing by the concerned ministries of the government of Uganda. So, some of terms are put in place such that we do business with you legally as good law abiding citizens.
WHAT WE CURRENTLY ALLOW TO SELL ON ZABUYS.COM
We are currently allowing the following; Non mixed herbs, spices, essential oils, flowers, cash & food crops, fruits & vegetables.
WHAT HERBS ARE ALLOWED AND WHO SHOULD SELL THEM
Marijuana is not allowed on our platform, Any mixed herbs are not allowed(herbs must be sold in their original state), Liquid herbs are not allowed only if approved by National Drug Authority or UNBS.
INTERNATIONAL SELLING
By default a seller can communicate with an international customer but not allowed to receive payments, unless this seller is approved by Zabuys company to receive payments direct from outside customers.
Registered exporting companies may be allowed to receive money and deal with customers direct with no restriction.
HOW TO SELL
It’s $99 and $299 for bulky-exporting companies. After payments we approve your account , you are able to list and control all of your products in the seller’s Dashboard.
HOW TO MANAGE ORDERS
You are able to see every order and its status in the seller’s Dashboard. You may get an order by a call from us, if the customer just placed this order by calling, whatsApp or Live chat.
HOW TO RECEIVE PAYMENTS
Due to money safety, and preventing fraud all payments by an oversea customer are done through the Zabuys.com website or Zabuys collects the money on behalf of the seller, Zabuys pays the seller after the confirmation of shipment to the customer. A seller can directly collect payments from the local customers from their respective countries.(Registered exporting companies may be allowed to receive money from outside clients directly)
Apart from Selling Terms, you must accept all our General Terms & conditions
